ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION

  1. As per NCTE norms, a candidate should have secured at least 45% marks in the aggregate for S.C./S.T. and 50% for General at the Bachelor's Degree/ Master Degree examination of a recognized University.

  2. Candidates who are graduates and post graduates may apply with College Leaving Certificate with at least two school at the graduation level.

  3. Only 100 students will be admitted.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

  1. A Candidates applying for admission must enclose self attested photocopies of Marks-Sheet & Certificate with the application as well as Caste Certificate, Residential Certificate, Income Certificate and Medical Certificate obtained from competent authority.

  2. Late and incomplete application will not be considered.

  3. Exerting any undue influence on the authorities of College will disqualify the Candidate.

  4. The candidates must obtain a receipt with regards to submission of the application in College.

  5. Any tampering with the Marks-Sheet and Certificate will disqualify the candidate even after admission.

  6. The selection list will be prepared on the basis of Marks obtained by the candidates in qualifying examinations in order of merit.

  7. The Reservation quota of State Govt. and subject wise seat reservation will be provided.

  8. At the time of admission of selected candidate's original marks-sheet and all certificate mentioned above will be taken for scrutiny. However the original will be returned after scrutiny excluding C.L.C.

  9. A candidate passing qualifying examination from other University will be required to deposit Original Migration Certificate for Registration from Ranchi University.

  10. A selected candidates must submit at the time of admission a Medical Certificate from competent authority to the effect that she is Physically and Mentally fit and not pregnant so that she may bear the stress and strain of course transaction.

  11. The selection list prepared on the basis of marks obtained at qualifying examination in order of Merit will be displayed at College Notice Board. Its date will be decided by the Management.

  12. The applicant must be a resident of Jharkhand State as per Govt. order.

  13. The candidate belonging to disabled category must submit a certificate in this regard given by competent authority
